I do not love the idea of New Years Resolutions. I think it’s because they seem temporary and only because it’s a New Year and often people do not keep/hold to their ideas. There’s nothing inherently wrong with the idea, but I feel like “intentions” better captures how I feel about it. So for my New Years Intentions, I am focusing on continuing to grow and develop personally, physically, emotionally, & professionally.

- Focus on growing in project & program management
- Further develop leadership skills
- Work towards managing people

- Completing a cut in January (in progress)/February to start the year out
- Slim down and then bulk up some
- Focus on mindful eating.
- Continue to see my therapist and work through my own past trauma and emotional blocks.

- Host / cater one food event a month that I put on and chef
- Try out one new recipe a week.
